Registration

General Information

At least one author per paper needs to register for the paper to be included in the proceedings and conference. The registration fees are as follows:

The on-site tickets, categories Student and Regular, include access to the tutorials on November 14, the welcome reception on the same day, coffee breaks and lunch during the conference, and on November 15 a social event with accompanying dinner. Additional tickets for the social event and accompanying dinner can be bought for € 120 per ticket.

All the registration costs have to be paid for the event. Registration will only be confirmed once the payment has been successfully processed. A notification will be sent to your email address once the registration is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are possible until October 26th and are subject to a EUR 200 processing fee. No refunds will be processed after this date. Refund requests must be sent to: cardis23-info@list.uva.nl.

Privacy Statement

This Privacy Statement governs and informs about the manner in which the University of Amsterdam collects, uses, maintains and discloses personal data and information, received by COSADE 2023 participants for their registration at the conference.

Registration through aanmelder.nl

We use the services provided by aanmelder.nl to process the information required for the participants’ registration for CARDIS 2023, invoice and payment of the registration fees. Name, affiliation, address, phone number and email address are processed by Delft Congress Support BV, part of the aanmelder.nl group, to create the invoice. Payment information, such as credit card number and bank account information, is solely processed by Delft Congress Support BV, part of the aanmelder.nl group. In the aanmelder.nl registration form, a participant can indicate to receive a certificate of participation and a visa letter. If so, then name affiliation, address, phone number and email address may be used to produce the certificate and/or the letter and to send them to the participant. This information will be deleted directly after the conference ends.

In the aanmelder.nl registration form, a participant can indicate meal preferences, or submit them to us by email. The requests will be shared anonymously with our catering partners. We will delete this information directly after the conference ends.

We collect email addresses of participants to send important information about the conference, such as about logistics. This information will be deleted directly after the conference ends.

We collect name and affiliation of participants to print name badges, which participants may wear during the conference. This information will be deleted directly after the conference ends.

We may use your affiliation and country to display personally non-identifiable statistics about the demography of the participants at the opening of the conference.

Virtual Attendance through Zoom

Participants may choose to register for virtual attendance. In that case, a link to a Zoom meeting will be provided. This link will only be shared with registered participants.

Presentations may be recorded and published elsewhere. Presenters can indicate in the registration form whether they agree with this or not.

The Zoom meeting will fall under the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) the University of Amsterdam has signed with Zoom. If you have questions on this regard, please contact: fb-zoom-icts@uva.nl
